Will this week ever end?

I feel like ca-ca. There I said it. I actually had to stay home from school (teeheehee that sounds funny) because I feel so blecky. It's a bunch of things wrapped in to one shell of a person today... but I will feel better soon.

I was told by my GOOD Dr (the one I trust completely whom I know has my best interest at heart & doesn't try to shove a bunch of chemicals at me) that I had to take care of me - in order to combat the overwhelming feelings, the not-feeling-100% ALL THE TIME - feelings, and just lack of energy. 
So I e-mailed the teachers I won't be in and am off to take a nappy... I feel guilty - but I don't want to get more run down and get them sick either. I've got a lot to do - but if I get more sick I won't be able to do it right? (Notice the inner war here??)

Most of the obligations are done for the week - Today for the most part I can relax. But yet there are quite a few others coming up. I have to do my lists - and that will help me for sure. I just am lacking the energy. Two nights in a row I've fallen asleep on the couch before 10pm! That is UNHEARD OF for me...

Plus I miss my baby girls today... It was not the greatest mornings for any of us so that didn't help.

Hmmmm a nap?! I haven't taken one of those in so long... I hope I wake up with minus one doozy of a headache and no rest of the aches and pains. Moosey will snuggle with me... I guarantee he will jump on the bed when I'm fast asleep and he's so sneaky I won't figure it out until I wake. Silly 90lbs puppy!!

OK - well I love aprons... oh yes....I LOVE APRONS! When I was in Utah in November last year - I went to an adorable gourmet bake boutique here - The Sweet Tooth Fairy! OH joy, oh the cupcakes... Oooo I wish she would open a shop here... but before I lose myself as I start daydreaming of the sweet-o-sweet cupcakes - I bought an apron at the shop. This apron was so sweet... how could I not?! A cute, little pink and brown polka dot number. TOO CUTE!

I truly love the idea behind aprons. It's a very neat history. Seriously!! And well oh YES I love me-my history!! Today I started to cook and clean and I decided to pull my adorable, sweet lil' apron out from decoration and actually put it to some good use! And it got used!

Now if you ever knew me before settling down - you would laugh so very hard at me singing an ode to my vacuum! I mean seriously! I was going to travel the world, play it up, have fun... & now I am excited over a vacuum that truly "sucks"... But "sucks" in a really, awesome, good, phenominal, the way the meaning is supposed to mean way!!!

Now that I am feeling better - I think dear Mr Safety-Man is just soooo ready to hand over the healm and get me fastpass on track of my "duties" since my back is gradually feeling better. Poor guy has had so much to do - and he'll do anything to make my job easier to get back in the swing of things!!! I have BEGGED for a new vacuum for YEARS. I first caught a glimpse of the Dyson at my friend's house in TX- as she was cleaning up her child's throw-up on the floor. "This is the greatest machine EVER... and you can take it apart down to the last screw..." (as she was taking it all apart to clean it up inside after vacuumming said throw-up)! Well I saw the remarkable job it did at her house... and knew that's what I wanted!

I FINALLY GOT MY DYSON LAST NIGHT!! A surprise that he was that serious and actually got it! The Blueprint model. I LOVE IT!!! It is AWESOME! I mean it truly is AWESOME! My area rug in our family room has NEVER looked this good since we got it! I can even vacuum our hard floors and not get PELTED by the sand being kicked out and back at me at mock 1 - like our other vacuum used to do! I AM SO AMAZED!!! I think honestly it is the biggest LAUGH that I am blogging about this vacuum - and love it almost as much as a piece of jewelry he's given me... OK OK OK not realllllllllllllllllllllllly - but it's close y'all!!! MAN I just cannot get over how something like this can make life THAT much easier...
