To do a blog... how to start is the real question...We are the Marriner's... there's 4 of us plus 2 doggies... I am Kymmie... yep that's with a "y"! I like being unique... I try to be in all facets of life - I was born on Valentine's Day - that counts! I adore my family more than words can express... I am amazed at my 2 girls they humble me - they are my reason for being and my hubby... Hubby is to die for... He truly is the most amazing man this girl could ever have asked for... or known (right next to my Dad of course)! My mom has always called me her Blythe Spirit... more of that uniqueness setting in (or is it quirkiness?)!
I've always been close to my family - my parents, younger bro and older sister - we are all very close and I am extremely proud that my parents are still HAPPILY married to each other after 42 years! They are my idols and my heroes! I miss them all - as they are all in UT - way too far away.
I speak French fluently (or at least I am trying not to forget...), I am now an artist (ceramicist) - but once was a teacher and a professional -both... Does one ever stop being a teacher? I think not when you have children... and 'Mommy-ism' is the best job I am privileged to be doing at home!
I say this as my heart melts and I grit my teeth at the same time... listening to giggles and playing coming from the tub... that turn sometimes to a frustrated "MAMmmmmeeeeeee KyKy won't wash ma haiiirrrrrrah"... or "Boo's splashing me"...ahhh the blissful, content feeling I have - that at least they are playing together!
Oh wait... OK more radiant, heavenly giggling! YES! That's the sound that is gold to me.
